      SHIPPING POLICY

      Welcome to unsifted.com, “Site” as operated by Unsifted, Inc, "Company”.  We offer shipping services for the products purchased through our Site. The following terms and conditions apply to our shipping policy:

      ·           We will make reasonable efforts to ship your purchased products within 7 business days from the date of your order. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the product, order volume, and the shipping destination.

      ·          Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your total order amount at the time of checkout. The shipping costs will be based on the shipping method you select and the destination of the shipment.

      ·          We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur during the shipping process. Once the product has been shipped, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you as the buyer. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please refer to our Damages and Issues policy outlined below in this Shipping Policy.

      ·           We reserve the right to use third-party shipping carriers or services to fulfill your order. The selection of the shipping carrier will be at our sole discretion.

      ·           International shipping may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on these fees before placing an international order.

      ·          In the event of any shipping issues or concerns, please contact our customer support team at info@unsifted.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you and resolve any shipping-related problems.

      ·           We reserve the right to modify or update our shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the shipping policy will be posted on our Site.

      ·           By continuing to use our Site and placing orders for products, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this shipping policy.

       

      DAMAGES AND ISSUES

      Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help you make a claim if it was damaged during shipment by the provider. 

      We use high quality boxes and shipping materials to protect your product.  However, sometimes packages are damaged during shipping.  For the claims process you will need the provide the  following seven photos in jpeg or bitmap format:

      • A photo of the damaged item.
      • A photo showing the damaged merchandise, inside the original box, with all of the original cushioning (picture should show the placement of the merchandise and packaging inside the box).
      • A photo of the packaging material used inside the box (e.g. bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts, cardboard dividers, etc.).
      • A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (please zoom in enough to read the tracking number which usually begins with 1Z).
      • A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (BMC), if available. The BMC is a round stamp that details either the bursting strength of the box or the edge crush rating of the box. The BMC is generally found on a bottom flap on the outside of a corrugated cardboard box.
      • Two photos displaying all 6 sides of the package (1 photo should display the top and 2 sides, the 2nd photo should display the bottom and the opposite sides).

       

      WonderMills have warranty to the original owner when purchased from an authorized dealer, so please contact us or WonderMill directly if there is an issue with your mill so it can be fixed under the WonderMill warranty.  

       

      RETURN POLICY

      • Items not purchased at www.unsifted.com
      • Items without Unsifted receipt or an Unsifted packing slip
      • Items missing their original packaging (including internal)
      • Any opened or unopened grain items
      • Any WonderMill purchased
      • Clearance items or items marked as "Final Sale" 

       

      CANCELLATION POLICY

      • If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately at info@unsifted.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that cancellations are time-sensitive and not guaranteed.  All approved cancellations are subject to a $15 processing fee.
      • Emails are monitored during business workdays.  If your order has already been staged we apologize, but we are unable to cancel or refund your order.
