Shipping policy
Welcome to Unsifted, we are so glad you found us! We currently ship within the continental United States.
SHIPPING SERVICES
Fulfillment services operate on business days. Unsifted Starter Kits, mills, and grains are shipped via UPS and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. When purchasing a Starter Kit or grain, please provide a delivery address that is serviced by UPS. Unsifted, Inc. is also not able to provide custom delivery options at the location provided for delivery.
Due to the weight of the grain, we currently only ship maximum 2x 12 pound bags together in one package and only 1x 30 pound bulk blend per package. You will receive a separate tracking email after each package has entered the mail stream. If you have multiple packages, you will receive multiple tracking emails as they are shipped.
Unsifted recipe cards are typically shipped via USPS. Recipe cards are included with Starter Kit purchases, but are shipped separately for all other orders. Due to the weight of the grain, shipping separately protects the cards from being bent.
Note: We wish we could, but we are unable to offer free shipping for the grain refills. We do offer a local pickup option to provide a cheaper option for those that are local to Kansas City- to place a pickup order select LOCAL PICKUP from the SHOP dropdown. This is not a common or planned occurrence, but in the rare occurrence if there happens to be a glitch in the system where shipping is allocated as free we will honor that mistake the first instance and then if it happens again we will email an invoice for the shipping cost prior to processing the order.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?
Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, but typically are shipped/fulfilled within 3-6 business days. (Note: This is not a guarantee, it may be longer if during a time of high volume.)
Once fulfilled, standard shipment timing for UPS is 1-3 business days, but dependent on the provider services. USPS shipment timing is typically 3-5 business days.
When providing your shipping address, the address provided at the time of ordering will be used in creation of the shipping label for your order. Upon shipment you will be issued a tracking number via email to see the anticipated delivery date. Unsifted is unable to coordinate special arrangements for the delivery address location. If you need to discuss special arrangements with UPS, you may contact them directly using the tracking information provided.
Note: Subscription orders are prioritized and preorders will be processed in the order they are received. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. Please email info@unsifted.com if you have questions or concerns with your shipment.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is based on the weight of the products purchased and your shipping location.
**Note: If you would like to order more than 6 bags of grain, please place two orders due to shipping calculations.
INCORRECT ADDRESS & RETURNED SHIPMENTS POLICY
To ensure smooth delivery, customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the following will apply:

Return shipping fees and reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
We’ll send an invoice for the actual shipping charges incurred, and once payment is received, we’ll promptly reship your order to the corrected address. -
We’ll always reach out before shipping if something looks off.
If we don’t hear back in time, we’ll ship to the address provided. Returned shipments due to unconfirmed or incorrect addresses will still incur reshipment fees. -

If you’re unsure about your address or need to make a change, just reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.
UPS ACCESS POINT® DELIVERIES
Certain products or Services may require delivery to local UPS Access Point® locations. In the event that UPS reroutes a product or Service delivery to a local UPS Access Point® or similar pickup location, we shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for the modification, delivery location selection, rerouting, notification, or update to the Service. We are not responsible for the pickup, rerouting, or location selected by UPS for the delivery. We are not liable for the delivery of the product to the address provided if UPS determines a UPS Access Point® delivery is required. If you are unable to accept delivery of a product a UPS Access Point® delivery location then you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement and you may not access the website or use any services.
Questions regarding local UPS Access Point® deliveries should be directed to UPS customer service, referencing the tracking number you were provided by Unsifted, Inc. (sender: info@unsifted.com) when the product or Service was purchased.

Unfortunately, Unsifted does not ship outside the continental United States.
