      Removing Guilt from Bread

      I'm so excited to share this wonderful bread with friends and family. It tastes wonderful and is simply the best for our health. As I share it, people are slowly being recruited to eat healthier.

      A staple in our house

      I use this flour on a weekly basis! We bake bread 2 to 3 times a week, and if we ever get close to running out, everyone starts to panic! It is not like the dried out dense whole wheat bread you find at the store with tons of extra nasty ingredients! I have 4 kids, and they have been eating this bread for over 2 years now. I love that they get all of the nutrition this flour has to offer, and none of the fillers that the bread from the store has. We love it!

      I’m so glad I can eat wheat again.

      I’m gluten sensitive and have avoided bread for quite a long time. When I read about fresh flour baking, I thought I’d give it a try and I’ve had no problem eating it. I’m very interested in sourdough baking because of the additional health benefits and started out making Swedish Limpa Sour Dough Muffins and they are great with the fresh flour. But I’m trying to eat less sugar, so today I made Sour Dough Cheese Biscuits and they too are delicious. Working towards Bread next. I didn’t have a mixer and wasn’t looking forward to kneading bread for 45 minutes, so I just purchased a mixer. I find Sour Dough Bread, and Bread making in general, intimidating, so wish me luck.
